It’s not Mr. Underpants On Fire that troubles me, it’s no jobs and a failing climate.

It happens so frequently now that some of the impact is dulled. Its still wrong, it still shouldn’t happen, but its becoming more and more apparent that Congress thinks they’re entitled to do this.

People know something is wrong, but our elected representatives refuse to acknowledge what’s going on. Its up to us to put the pressure on.

All philosophy, science & religion starts with the study of the great What It Is. What actually is, is truth. Politics is the art of convincing people that your opponent’s philosophy is faulty & yours can fix something. It has only enough relationship with truth necessary to that end. Politics infected all of the above long ago. Good philosophy, science & religion tries to fight this. What It Is is sometimes less than pleasant. Politics says this is obviously due to faults in my opponent’s philosophy. Detach your philosophy from politics & reattach it to truth. Ask the burning bush, it will yell you What It Is.

Politicians are behaving like they’ve been feeding US magic mushrooms, and nobody’s noticing what they’re doing to us. Oh, wait, they may be right.
