His selection of who is acceptable is interesting.

They seem to be having problems with troop retention. Many of them are taking long dirt naps, so they have to find replacements.

I did read somewhere that he was now recruiting from prisons for lower sentences. He is also using a lot of foreign troops. His own people are really jumping to go fight!!
