I have no idea what happened to SW. They used to be my favorite airline, because, back when airlines would serve a meal, theirs were the best.
This is a joke. We brought our own lunches because SW served naught but soda, water and salty-snax. Other airlines offered your choice of two or three slightly different not very good meals that had been prepared elsewhere and some longish time ago.
We also liked them because they had a great on-time record, and the flight attendants were funny. I suspect the humor is the only thing of all that that’s left. And it’s probably getting pretty forced…
