In Hawaii the fast-food joints sell Spam and egg on a biscuit instead of sausage and egg.

9 grams protein, 3 grams fat, 1 gram carbs, no triglycerides. Other than sodium nitrite as a preservative, it’s quite healthy.

Horrific

This is the same kid that “invented” a life hack that consisted of turning a baseball cap around so that the brim shaded your eyes. Not the sharpest knife in the drawer.

I grew up eating spam because it was what we could afford. As a kid, I never knew anyone thought it wasn’t good.
