Today’s cartoon (if not the week’s) goes out to an especially excellent cousin who believes. When in my studio one day, she asked my zodiacal sign. I said, “You’re in the very room that shows everyone, all the time, exactly who I am under all circumstances. This room is a real-world analog of my brain, heart, soul- any of that. So, knowing what you know and seeing what you see… What IS my sign?”
She said obviously Sagittarius. I said that was amazing how she knew that, and we had a lovely visit.
She was, of course, dead wrong but it did nothing for anyone to tell her so.
