    Yeah. It changes your perception a little when read the number of calories on your dessert (that it took you maybe 30 seconds to eat) and then figure the number of calories you’ve burned after your fairly intensive workout and realize you haven’t quite burned off the dessert.

    I did sort of the same thing when I was working for minimum wage. How long do I have to work for this hamburger?

    Strava tries to calculate your calorie consumption by taking your weight, heart rate, miles ridden and terrain. Probably also power if you have a meter. Did a mountain full century on Monday and it said I’d burned 4,980 calories.

    Yeah, I ate that whole apple fritter when I was through.
