So soon? I’m surprised that Ginger didn’t hijack the plane and take you both back to where it’s warm.
And I bet you are soooo glad to be home. Amazing how quickly you can go from warm and beautiful to frozen and white.
. . . we live, where it is cold, though our kitty cats, still in their fur coats, love to sit in an open window to see and smell the little birdies outside, who are safely beyond their reach! lol! :)
Lenny, you have my condolences. It must have been very hard to leave warm breezes, sugar sand, and an ocean view for the cold white expanses of your winter home.
You were gone?
Beautiful presentation of the transition.
Don’t you hate reality some times?
Condolences – but yay!
It was tough, but we survived. Glad your back!
Very nice “We’re Home” transition strip today. Hope you both had a very enjoyable “time off”.Welcome home,,,and back.
Flashing back to the plane ride home after a househunting trip to California—we had a month or so of real winter left before the move. The pilot came on and announced that we’d be landing in Boston in so many minutes, where the temperature was 17 degrees, and I was like, Turn that plane around right now!
