The teacher originally put an A on his report card. Pooh said “A what?”

The teacher changed it to a B.

You have to “bee” careful Poo!

That “A” should take the sting out of it.

In retrospect I now realize how much my mother loved me as a child when I begged her to read Winnie the Pooh over and over, which she couldn’t stand.

Looks like he should have taken a spelling bee to school with him.

A.A. Milne should’ve loaned him an A.

Well, “hunny” is sorta phonetic, so that’s probably why he didn’t get an outright F in spelling.

I thought in the book, Pooh knew to run into a pond and hide there until the bees went away.

“Bee” nice now. Those bees are the source of your greatest pleasure.

He wanbts it lowered to B-.
