I’ve seen a teacher poo-poo a student’s answer before, but never quite like that.
Playing D&D with polyhedral dice (the 5 Platonic solids: tetrahedron, hexahedron [cube], octohedron, decahedron, dodecahedron, and icosohedron) would’ve made this simple 2-dimensional task mere child’s play by comparison.
