    Fibonacci also invented speed reading.

    For those scratching their heads over this, Fibonacci invented (or, more properly, discovered) the Fibonacci Series, in which each number is the sum of the 2 preceding ones (and you get the first two numbers in the series — 1, 1 — for free). It show up in lots of surprising places, such as the number of seeds per ring in the center of a sunflower.

    And we all though “Fib” was the boss’s Golden Ratio boy. I guess he was getting closer by the end of that book.
