Ken Burns and the rest of us would like not be here that long if we just let Russia have its way with Europe.

Ted sees this as a Civil War?

Because Ukraine is part of Russia and not a sovereign nation?

    Just like Putin claims?

Just goes to show how little by little, AMERICA and other countries are slowly getting involved with Ukraine, which is making Pooty furious! His thunder is gone but he’s mad enough to start a nuclear war….God help us all, ☹️☹️☹️

Don’t claim to know the answer to this situation, but I do agree we may be heading down that path.

Not the most desirable situation, but way better than the Gulf War, where the Saudis just told us to take care of their problems and leave them out of it, which our government was quite fine to do.

It’s a slippery slope argument based on some very real and slippery slopes (like Vietnam) we’ve slid down in the past. But it ignores some very real examples where we’ve intervened for the benefit of a suppressed people.
