Something’s got to be done and not just by voting for the one with the prettiest promises. We all need to be a part of the solution.

Nailed it! What is particularly outraging is how much of this is EASILY solvable – if our Congress acted, and if voters voted for those who acted. MOST other countries solved healthcare. Many are taking sizable action against global warming. And God knows we have the tools to get rid of this corrupt traitor of a president. They’re RIGHT THERE in the Constitution, people…

Honestly, we had a good run but all things must come to an end eventually.

In other news, Sarah Sanders is supposed to write a book about her time as Press Secretary. I hear the working title is Lying for Dummies.

Recently started physical therapy for arthritis in my neck. My co-pay is $15, the total on the bill was $429. They had me do some exercises and the technician massaged neck and shoulders; the session was about 45 minutes.

My mother went to an ENT for ear wax removal. At first they charged the wrong insurance company $525. When they re-sent the bill to Medicare, the bill was $375. The office visit was about 30 – 40 minutes.

    How are these costs justified?

Yeah, we can’t handle any of the social problems that the rest of the industrial nations have, but we’re sooo brilliant that we’’ll figure out how to deal with global climate change in our spare time. Read an op-ed recently that was claiming our technological brilliance was gonna solve all the climate problems and save mankind…riiiight, and the moon is made of green cheese.

When we get rid of trump, we need to eliminate his family as well. When cleaning up trash, one must eliminate every microbe. Guillotines are very effective AND entertaining to the billions of TV watchers! The French revolution was a fine example of how concentrated wealth should be dealt with.

Living in the 21st century: tech companies taking over more and more power, social problems at the level of 50 years ago, health care for part of the society working like in third-world countries, Big Oil getting a big comeback, and voters thinking their biggest problem was the immigration of unwanted southern people… illogical.

Years ago, there was a Science Fiction novel that proposed the Perfect Solution to the problem.

It was “A Planet For Texans”. The Solution: Shooting a Politician was Perfectly Legal provided you could prove in Court that "He Deserved It’. If the court decided that he Didn’t deserve it, you got fined for Excessive Violence.
