I’m still wondering what rationale justifies classifying this report in the first place. Inty’s claim that it “exposed the four nations that contributed” appears to be an opium dream. In any case, exposing the actions attacking our elections is IMO far more important than keeping so-called sources secret.
It appears that TheIntercept was simply stupid, but then I think of Hanlon’s Corollary: Never attribute to stupidity that which is adequately explained by malice.
