If they get the rights of individuals, does that mean they have the responsibilities of individuals? Can we imprison the entire board for crimes like selling defective products that kill customers?

    don’t say SCOTUS - that’s so yesterday.

Harley, you aren’t getting it. “Jihad’R’Us” is a US company based in Deleware, it just has a foreign owner (kind of like CITGO….).

What a defense! Since corporations can’t go to jail, why not incorporate?

That’s the evil genius of this whole deal – when you incorporate, you avoid individual responsibilities, so the answer to your question is NO. All the rights of individuals and none of the responsibilities – that’s what we now have

In the end, everyone is responsible for their own actions, and will be held accountable accordingly. If governments will not step up and and hold people responsible, then God will. Of course it would help if our government obeyed the law of the land, the Constitution of the United States. The Supreme Court is not meeting their responsibilities and should be terminated.

How much does it cost to incorporate onself in Delaware ? I mean, as insurance just in case we get a Swedish government and parliament that doesn’t bend over and ask for more when entities like the RIAA and MPAA and the US Embassy tell it what policies to enact and enforce (most unlikely, I agree !), and the US government decides that one more invasion of a foreign land without a major military would be just what is needed to set things right again….
