(Man: What did your doctor say?) (Woman: It's great news! He's going to remove both of my breasts... It'll eliminate my chance of getting breast cancer by 90 percent.) Assume the passage of time here. (Man: Wow- I can't believe you really did it.) (Woman: Yeah, but I'm terrified of getting some venereal disease. So I'm going to have my genitals removed.) This panel occurs later. (Man: Um...so... well?) (Woman: Yes. But what if I get gangrene in one of my limbs? I could die! My doctor's on the case, thank God.) And then there's this one. (Man: No offense, but you're out of your mind.) (Woman: Don't worry- I'm having my brain cut out to reduce the risk of Alzheimers!)
