That’s the correct way to do Thanksgiving this year. It’s just one year we can’t get together, next year it will all be back to normal, after most people have been vaccinated. The same goes for next month’s celebrations. Remember, people didn’t travel very far before WWII!
My daughter and three of her four daughters moved from Utah to Illinois months ago. One granddaughter, age 20, stayed. Now she has Covid-19, is in isolation, and has no family near, on her favorite holiday. I’m hoping later today I can cheer her up, by phone, for at least a minute ar two.
As I watched football last weekend, I made a point of paying attention to the offensive line and appreciating the work that they do to move the ball down the field.
I fully intend to get the vaccine as soon as it is available. If the antiTrumpers don’t want it or want to wait til some Biden functionary blesses it.They deserve the results of that action.
