OK…Let’s see who wants to play. Show your age and tell us the names of everyone in this picture and win a NearMint copy of “Fantastic Four” #358 – 30th anniversary issue with die cut cover. The first person to post with the correct answers is the winner and Sunny Street will send you out the book. Remember, we are looking for the names of all of the characters in the photo, not the name of the show.

Hi Everyone.Even if you think someone ahead of you has answered correctly, post your answers because there still might be a second place and even a third place award. Good luck.

Well let’s see…that’s Dancing Bear, Bunny Rabbit, the Captain himself, Mr. Moose, Grandfather Clock and Mr Greenjeans. Yes, that makes me 39 years old…plus about 12 more years that we no longer count! Thanks for the memories!

Tame are you counting Mary and the little lamb too? I wasn’t sure if they were on the wall or in the picture. My bifocals are always getting smeared, I need wipers on the specs!!!

Hi Lady Anne. I will give this one clue out…No, Mary and the Little Lamb do not count. Tame is treacherous, but he is not “that” treacherous.

In case Lady Anne is disqualified for not naming the characters exactly, their exact names are Dancing Bear, Mr. Bunny Rabbit, Captain Kangaroo, Grandfather Clock, Mr. Moose, and Mr. Green Jeans. Now who’s the most important person in the whole wide world?

After consulting with my key department heads of The Sunny Street Amalgamated Comic Book Emporium -A division of Sunny Street Productions (Well, we can dream, can’t we) -we have decided to give away five (5) comic book awards in this contest. So even if you think someone else has guessed correctly, send over your answer, you never know. -Hey, it’s “Bunny Day” here on Sunny Street so that is why we have featured bunnies in today’s cartoon and in today’s contest.

That’s not right… that’s just not right. For some reason it freaks me out seeing a rabbit doing that.

Captain Kangaroo was my favorite. Watched it every morning as a pre-schooler (late 50s, early 60s).

Today’s comic made me chuckle.. I like the addition of the blog too. As for the contest, I would have had NO idea without looking at the other commenters.Because I am an honorable guy, I will go with my original thought: some kind of publicity photo for a strange Coldwar-era propaganda show about Joe America and his Profit Pals always chasing around the evil Badnik Bear and his Comrades..?

Good guesses, NG. Will it be "Winner, winner chicken dinner? Or will it be “Hug it, Hug it chicken nugget.” (Sorry, just about the only word I could up with that rhymed with nugget) We will find out how you did in 1 hour.
