4 studies confirm: conservatives in the US are more likely than liberals to endorse conspiracy theories and espouse conspiratorial worldviews, plus extreme conservatives were significantly more likely to engage in conspiratorial thinking than extreme liberals

At it’s core, conservatives (at least in the US) are often fueled by anger and fear that they consume through their media.

These are easy emotions to manipulate.

Fox, talk radio, facebook, ad nauseam are prime examples…hit the emotions and all reason and rational thought flies out the window. They are manipulating the gullible intellectually, emotionally, morally and ethically challenged amongst us. These people are not only uninformed, they are deliberately misinformed. When the adults and decent human beings get back in charge we need to revisit a new fairness doctrine that encompasses all media.

Trump Disciples list of things they are required to believe continues to grow.

Recent additions include Trump did not know if he was tested positive for the virus on the day of the first debate. The possibility of infecting his opponent is something that never occurred to him.

He also does not know when he last tested negative. “The doctors will tell you”, the doctors that all signed NDAs.

And now that Trump’s secret bank account in China is no longer secret, Trump Disciples believe that Biden is the one making money in China, even though Trump paid taxes there and Biden did not.

Perhaps it’s significant that he isn’t wearing a mask and perhaps it isn’t (he’s just answering his own door), but the cartoon can easily be seen as applicable to either side.

Frankly, there could be Easter Eggs on the lawn rather than pumpkins, and it’d still be accurate…

You must understand that Trump loyalists don’t support his POLICIES – they support HIM! They are just as bigoted, just as racist, just as misogynistic as Trump is – they support Trump because, in a very real sense, they ARE Trump!

I grew up around these people – I know them! They are just as deplorable, just as despicable, just as disgusting as Trump is.

With the cement shoes it would be difficult to walk on water like the GOP’s “Chosen One”. I’ll bet he voted by mail, though.

What I don’t understand is how can ANYONE on either side be undecided at this point?

Shouldn’t she also be ‘set in stone’? This year’s election, in my opinion, has very few voters that are undecided. Especially with the nasty look she is giving him.
