Although criticized this is the Constitutional process. There have been many nominees that never got a vote not just Obama’s.

I sincerely hope Hillary pulls up the most liberal judge from the 9th circuit and says “deal with it”.

Good Toon! Perfect Mitch! He looks like he accidentally said No to a few bowel movements.

The Constitution is clear about how appointments must be made, and the rules have been followed for more than 200 years. The US Government works when we do the right thing for the people above personal gain. All the Congress has to do is hear the merits of of Garland and vote yes or no.

1776: conservatives sided with King George III.1989: conservatives were USSR communist hardliners.

Washington. Jefferson, Madison were radicals, not conservatives.

Applies to Zika funding and jobs bills too. And no, jmattadams, you need to read your history. This is the first supreme court nominee in American history to not get a vote. Some have been voted down. All have been voted on. If Clinton wins and the GOP keeps the senate, there’s no reason to think any new nominees will get a vote either, now that the standard has been violated. If the GOP can’t have their way, they’re happy to destroy the country. No skin off their nose. We don’t need supreme court justices.

That is because it was easy to see- from what parts of it we were given approval to see- were enough to tell us that it was less a trade deal and more a way to give the top.1% even more money. That is what all presidents do, reward their donors.I still support Obama, in the over all performance, but he has made some very bad decisions.

“The President Proposes” that you be limited in who you can vote for to the candidate that he choses.
