In Defense Of The Clinton Foundation: Why Disclosure Matters http://www.forbes.com/sites/tomwatson/2015/04/26/in-defense-of-the-clinton-foundation-why-disclosure-matters/

In truth, the Clinton Foundation is among the most forthcoming of major charities and nonprofit foundations – especially those headed by public figures. That may be a low bar to clear (philanthropy in this country is notoriously opaque, and IRS requirements for disclosure woefully thin) but clear it the Clinton Foundation does, and with a considerable digital hop to its step; unlike most charities, the foundation provides a large searchable database of donors on it website, a veritable trove to journalists and researchers – and ironically (but in my view, honorably) the source of many of the scurrilous charges now laid against it.The 15% comes from The Federalist publication and fails to take into account the Clinton Global Initiative charity part of the Clinton Foundation. The Clinton Foundation is administrative.

What will be interesting is Peter Schweizer who has written this book about Clinton is also coming out with a book about Jeb Bush:

“We also know that Schweizer will soon be publishing another book attacking Republican candidate Jeb Bush, former governor of Florida. It is fair to ask him, therefore, whether major donors to his institute are supporting Republican opponents to Bush’s presidential campaign.” Is Peter Schweizer part of a vast right-wing conspiracy?http://thehill.com/blogs/pundits-blog/presidential-campaign/240004-is-peter-schweizer-part-of-a-vast-right-wingAlso from the blog:“Let me suggest that anyone in the media who interviews Schweizer about his attack against the Clintons ask him directly to list during those interviews the largest donors to the Government Accountability Institute. Since Schweizer is attacking the Clintons and making allegations about donations to the Clinton Foundation that they have voluntarily disclosed, he should be honor-bound to disclose the major donors who are supporting his attacks against the Clintons.”“Clinton Cash author Peter Schweizer is the president of the Government Accountability Institute (GAI), a conservative group with close ties to a billionaire family (Mercer family) funding Sen. Ted Cruz’s presidential run. GAI has also received substantial support from groups backed by Charles and David Koch.”http://mediamatters.org/blog/2015/04/21/who-funds-peter-schweizers-government-accountab/203355It will be really interesting when Ted Cruz and Jeb Bush Republicans go at it. I wonder what the conservative editorial cartoons will look like then? Who is going to be more conservative and who is going to like Peter Schweizer?
