Politician integrity. I think that many arrive in Washington with it, but few leave with it. The solution is term limits.
They always know someone or someone who someone that lost their doctor or insurance carrier. The closest first hand knowledge is from someone on the TV.
Even before Obama took the oath of office, the Republican mantra was “NO!” and only opposition, even to voting against bills THEY WROTE, if he was willing to sign them. That is the same bipartisanship they anounced the day after this mid-term election. Maybe the stench will now reach the public before 2016, and they will find themselves in cold storage in ’17.
