My ancestors on my mom’s side can trace our history back some 12,000 years in North America, hmm, beats that 6,000 or so of the “Israelites” claim to a parcel of land.
Then it boiled down to my Cherokee ancestors (most were educated and Christians) when they were pushed off their land by ignorant savages in the United States Congress. Ah, but they were given what was considered the worst lands in the nation at the time.
I don’t like Islam, or the bible religions, and consider radicals committing violence on fellow humans atrocity, but going back to the sociopathic/homicidal actions of Joshua (among others), the history of “bible heroes”, IS a history of primarily psychopaths.
I value humanity, peace, and sanity, which isn’t present it seems on ANY side in the current Middle East, because mostly of “the book” and the divisions it created, and what was derived in other texts and laws “adjusted” by later psychotics.
