The mystery deepens… there is evidence from 50+ years ago that adults DID coexist with the children, but they were never seen interacting with said children. Gradually over the years, even this slight adult influence seems to have vanished.

ok but there are adults in peanuts. they’re not the point of the show but “no trace” is pretty extreme.
