Wally: I can't believe you're pregnant. It couldn't have happened at a worse time. We'll be more crowded with less money. Joan: Stretch marks, swollen ankles. Wally: Two kids in diapers and one in rebellion. Joan: I'm exhausted already. Wally: But, babies are really cute, aren't they? Joan: Focus, Wally, focus.
I’m confused. When this ran originally, I seem to remember Joan going to Wally’s office to give him the news. Everyone else in the family knew first; Wally was the last to know.
