I assume the young ladies are playing by “boys’ rules.” In my home state, Iowa, we continued the tradition of “6-on-6 girls’ rules” basketball until 1993. Oklahoma held out until 1995. Apparently it was considered a “Civil Rights” issue by some. Never a big sports fan personally, but those rules seemed more challenging to me with limited movement of the players and, in some areas, limited dribbling before having to pass the ball.

Billy might be young but if he plays the game regularly he’ll know all the rules. A lot of referees start young. Go Billy!

Even if he’s not married to her aunt yet, should Wally be refereeing a game iwth his future niece?

Poor Wally, as Billy will walk all over him as a referee.

Wally played basketball in college? Must have been his pre-expanding waistline years.
