Years ago I needed surgery. The hospital asked how I was getting home. The look on their faces when I told them I was taking the City Bus was priceless! But… I was sincere.

The silver lining here is that by asking that question, the doctor is saying that you are going to survive the removal of that wart.

As a surgeon he should be able to afford a Lyft/Uber ride home. And a second car.

obviously outpatient surgery
