Both brought to you by the same state administration, right? I may not understand how to MAKE a quality bureaucracy, but I sure do know how to RECOGNIZE one when I see it. Too bad I see it so seldom…

Plug it in to see if it lights up. We already know the vaccine is frozen if we ever get some.

Dictatorships care more about conquest/ruling than governing or caring about people beyond the [ever shrinking] inner circle.

The texas energy grid works perfectly fine, as long as nothing goes wrong.

Perry is proud of the energy situation he created for Texas… we’re lucky that he wasn’t able to implement it for the whole country.

Energy grid, I believe it’s leaking oil.

Speaking of oil, many popular beaches for about a hundred miles in the Mediterranean are shut down due to a massive oil spill. OK, they know there is an oil spill, but apparently none of the oil companies have reported it, so they are going to have to try to find the source. Which will make cleanup and containment (if that’s even possible at this point) more difficult, than if it had been reported and contained by the oil company involved in the first place. Meaning, it’s not know if it’s from an oil platform or a leaking tanker.

It’s neither. It’s not a big enough mess for either one.

Colorado’s done a pretty decent job; not perfect, a few missteps, but that was to be expected — it’s been a “Learn as You Go” process.

Yes. They are very Thrifty folks in Texas, so the same plan will be used for Both.
