I once was driving to Montana and came upon an osprey next on top of a telephone pole. I got my camera and got out of the car. When I aimed the camera at the nest, two adults took flight. One flew away, and the other began circling me. When I did not go away, the one circling stooped on me. I would have had the most prize winning photo ever of the osprey with its talons spread, but I ducked and missed the shot because it looked HUGE through the telephoto lens. When I got back in the car, both birds returned to the nest. One sat in it on top of the babies and the other perched outside to watch for danger.
The Saddle Shoes mess with the aerodynamics, and while the tweed jacket will help with the chill of high altitudes it can be restricting for a full flap(ping)

You mean he can’t just identify as an eagle, and then become one?

For us terrestrially based animals, any mode of flying is as great feat.

Fish hawks (aka osprey) are wonderful aerobats.

Fascinating to watch diving for fish. I always root for them to get the fish to the nest. Occasionally it flops and drops. Bummer
