Cats don’t believe even Humans have souls. Cats are here on Earth slumming, and are actually super-beings from the Cat’s Eye Nebula. They visit here on sabbatical to relax and have a few laughs. They purposely play dumb to get belly rubs and luxuriate in being generally pampered. Don’t tell anybody I let you in on the secret.

I am having difficulty following the story line and what exactly is going on but the art is nice and I can see the writer is funny even though I cannot grasp all of the context.
