I read a daily analysis and no one seems to have a handle on what is happening. The thing is it isn’t just US, everyone blaming Biden for the economy have no idea that other countries doing worse. They don’t even know there is a world outside the USA.

Most of the world is dealing with inflation. How is it his fault? How did you miss that?

Fun fact. We’d have the exact same problems with inflation right now, if Donald had gotten reelected.

The economy is in fact very good by any normal measure. Inflation is falling, GDP is soaring. The stock market hiccuped, but the stock market is NOT “the economy”. I see “help wanted” and “now hiring” in almost every shop window. What seer is Mr Roger’s consulting? The biggest “problem” is that it will take a while for the bulge in hypertrophied rent and property values to deflate.

If our economy is in ruins, can someone explain why so many people are crossing the border into the US, looking for jobs?

As Vice President he was involved in doing the very same thing after the previous republican presidency. It has been a normal cycle for many decades. Now the experience level pays off.

Funny how Republicans cry out for small government and market-based solutions, but want to blame the Democrat when the economy inevitably falters.
