My mom’s 101, and as I look at her billings to Medicare and Medicaid, it’s interesting that those elements pushing UP her costs, are all laws/regulations pushed by Republicans in Congress and state legislators. Her drug costs would be about 20% of what they are if negotiated like VA does!

Obamacare is a disaster…Already I’m having trouble getting scripts filled, and Dr is spending more time on paperwork than patient care. Anyone on here ever heard of the Free Market? it does work, when given the chance…Takes an educated and persistent consumer base to MAKE it work, and many people, used to gov’t handouts, seem to be to lazy…

PPACA/ObamaCare: Perspective, priorities, weltanschauung/world view; are Governments created of, by, and for the people—or of, by, and for the rich and powerful? Are Governments here to protect the opulent rich from the masses—or to do all they can, with the money they have, for all those they govern? The Elephant and the Donkey, the Rich and Powerful, and the rest of us—Is there a higher, middle ground for all of us—as it was when Eisenhower was President? Or shall only the rich and the powerful rule by living off the toil of the ‘rest of us’? Are we an egalitarian (free, democratic, with equal opportunities) people, culture, and Nation? Or are we elitist, and class-conscious? Will we be a Nation with a PPACA/National Health/ObamaCare like the rest of Western Civ. or something less? The ballot box will tell our story, be it honest and true or gerrymandered and wrought with fraud…will it not. Think, decide, and go in peace.
