Poor Manchin; is he a Drino, a Rinocrat, or just desperate to cling to office?

Now, now – for most of the votes since Biden took over the Oval Office, Manchin has, eventually, voted with the rest of the Democrats.

He just needs to look like he’s doing absolutely everything he can to keep it bipartisan (although how bipartisan will it ever get, if not a single Republican voted for Covid19 relief, despite over 70% approval by the public?!

Note that most of the Republican Senators and Representatives have been bragging to their constituents about all the great things that are coming the public’s way because of the Covid19 relief bill passed this Spring – despite the fact that not a single one of them voted for it!

After all, Manchin is a Democrat Senator from a state that voted for Trump by nearly 40 points – the only other option is a GQP Trumpublican Senator and McConnell making sure that nothing at all is done for the rest of Biden’s term of office.

He wants to be the big cheese in the Senate. What he’s becoming is the new Mitch McConnell.

Not a team player. Sad.

Nobody understands Manchin’s motives. He just doesn’t make sense.

Is this a way for Little Joey to feel important?

What’s the GOP paying/promising him ?

This isn’t quite accurate. Simply rowing against the rest of the crew is not enough to stop the boat. He literally stopped the boat. He tied it to the docks, put a lock on it and threw away the key.

I say throw him out of the boat and watch him drown slowly.

Manchin’s all those things and more. He will probably cross the aisle to the GOP Leadershit by Labor Day, thereby turning the Senate over to Miserly Moscow Mitch in fewer than 10 months into Biden’s term. The amount and payment schedule of the Koch brothers’ bribe—coördinated by Miserly Moscow Mitch who customarily “dips his beak”—has so far delayed Manchin’s formally abandoning the ludicrous charade that he’s a Democrat and effecting his craven switch to the GOP Leadershit. Manchin’s also a very, very stupid man, i.e., he willingly, even gleefully, embraces ignorance. That embrace is the province of the nation’s numerous dim-witted, ignorant, gullible, irrational Trump/GOP Leadershit supporters.

He is a Trumplican waiting to see how things go this next 18 months and how the money flows……

Imagine that, an independent minded Democrat who isn’t marching in lockstep like a mind numbed robot. And of course he’s getting heat from the left wing hypocrites.

Sen. Manchin believes in doing what is right for Americans!
