You have to remember…Donnie Dumpsterfire has a deeply rooted PATHOLOGICAL HATRED for Obama and so therefor, he MUST eliminate ANYTHING that Obama accomplished. He CANNOT deal with the reality that a Black Democrat was the most popular, most effective, and most successful U.S. President in DECADES, so his rampant paranoia and narcissism means that he MUST do whatever he has to to make his minions believe that he, Donnie Dumpsterfire, is a BETTER President! It does not make a WHIT of difference to Donnie whether his actions hurt anyone or not, just so long as he undoes ANYTHING Obama accomplished.

Trump is great at erasing things on the books. Bankruptcy anyone?

Why is it considered a bad thing that a sitting POTUS cancels programs created by a prior POTUS’s Executive Orders? Especially when those programs failed to gain enough support in Congress to become law.

Treaties labeled as “Agreements” so they could bypass the Senate. Carbon reduction ideas so insane that even the Dem controlled Congress of 2009-2010 refused to approve them. Funding allocations blocked by federal courts as illegal.

Could it be that respect for the rule of law extends only to those ideas you dislike?

Trump has adopted Obama’s approach to undo Obama’s legacy. Trump cannot wait for a polarized Congress to act, so he is turning to executive power to accomplish what lawmakers will not, in this case erasing the legacy of the Obama years. What’s remarkable is how early in his administration President Trump is resorting to executive unilateralism. That speaks volumes about the difference between being a majority party and being a governing party, which reflects in part the terms under which Trump won the nomination and the presidency.
