It’s much worse than that, across the board.

Oh my gosh, much worse. To put Pruitt in charge of the EPA which he hates? When all the air has returned to smog, and all the drinking water has been poisoned we know who to blame. When clean drinking water is gone, it’s gone foreverWhen the last bee has died, no more honey.then there is:Ben Carson for housing director. He wants to eliminate HUD Housing. He says “being poor is a choice”These rich ones don’t live in the same world as the rest of us.I heard about 2 people who had lost a loved one to being bankrupt by medical bills. One had a head trauma and had to be in a facility that was sub-standard. His feeding tube came out of where it belonged, he got poisoned and took 3 days to die because the facility didn’t have an X-ray machine. The other had cancer and ran through all their money and home, in the end they couldn’t keep paying for the meds and died, leaving a family homeless, without a mother and broke. Many depend on HUD housing, medicare, food stamps to survive. Too many people will become homeless. there will be some kind of citizens unhappy, mad, and want our country back again.

“Government waste will be cut wherever it exists, which was impossible when liberal demagogues "

Don’t you mean it is impossible for that waste to be cut when republicans are in power? It is proven nearly every time they do anything with the military that there is MASSIVE fraud and waste. But those campaign contrib…nope can’t do it, those bribes to the republican congress-critters just have to be repaid somehow. Waste and fraud ALWAYS goes up under republican rule.

I’m glad that I never had children and therefore grandchildren and great grandchildren to feed into to coming apocalypse.

I’m glad that I’m old and don’t have a lifetime of this to live thru.

When the Republicans kill the F-35, and the Zumwalt destroyers, AND Air Force One, I’ll believe you.Meanwhile, Trump should pay to have his own plane upgraded to “keep the President safe” standards, which he apparently doesn’t believe need .to be kept current.

Maybe now the EPA will concentrate on cleaning up the rivers and lakes and keeping particulates, that are hazardous to our health, ot of the air instead of focusing only on co2!

…And the water and air and land will be poisoned… blah, blah, blah. Won’t happen.

    .

I lived in LA county for a few years when I was a teenager. I’ll bet you don’t even believe the reports of the time where there were days you couldn’t see more than 1/2 mile and the air was so bad people with lung problems were recommended to stay indoors and some of them died from the smog. You may not believe it even though I lived through it. If it happens all over I wonder if you’ll be able to live through it.

Seriously, do you think the worst environmental GOP Congress cares one fig for clean air and water? They are going to allow complete deregulation, and ignore enforcing any regulations. Michigan water problems will look like a small hicky in comparison to what is coming.

Trump supporters prove anencephaly isn’t always a fatal birth defect. It isn’t just the EPA appointment, which IS abysmal to even consider, it’s ALL, or almost all, of his picks.

When Flynn stops tweeting long enough to take note of the likes of NPP and others, out to express themselves, and ships anyone who disagrees with his boss, on ANYTHING, off to Gitmo, yes we will need to invest more in that Cuban symbol of freedom. Oh, right, Gitmo is OURS, and a perfect example of Justice our new AG will push for.

“Remember how much you screamed when Barack made the ex-CEO of Monsanto the head of the FDA? You didn’t scream? Oh! I forgot! Criticizing a Democrat is against your contract rules and criticizing a Black President means your’re a racist. Still, Barack making the ex-CEO of Monsanto the head of the FDA is a LOT worst than this action.”

    .

Your facts are badly mangled. Michael Taylor wasn’t CEO, he was in charge of Monsanto’s public policy. He wasn’t head of the FDA, he was a deputy commissioner. When he was with the FDA, he recused himself from any decisions regarding Monsanto. Taylor did not have a history of criticizing the FDA’s work or calling for it to be abolished. He was behind the most important changes to food safety inspection rules in 70 years,

    .

And, despite that, there were a lot of people on the left criticizing his appointment.

Well, if you are accepting the new EPA director with no qualms, it suggests you don’t mind that he will destroy a functional EPA, and all that leads towards. No insult intended, but do you have children you might worry are receiving an abysmally toxic environment?
