Good luck with that. There are a lot of Republicans who simply can’t bring themselves to support Trump. It won’t surprise me if someone mounts a third party alternative.The big money donors are already shifting focus to Congressional races.
I was watching CNN last night (I try not to, but now and again my resolve fails); there was a panel of Republicans of various stripes and you could see the civil war in the party playing out before your eyes.
The choice the primary voters offered all of America for the GOP is the lowest option possible. Eliminating some of the spectacle candidates, there were still a number of qualified individuals. They were passed over not because Trump has more knowledge (he doesn’t), or that Trump has a successful management style (he doesn’t), or that he has a bold vision (not even close). Trump was chosen because he was more appealing to anger and fear. That’s not good enough.
Apparently humor is only OK if it trends YOUR way?I support Obama, but I can recognize that some have a different take, and their humor CAN be on point.
