    She’s such a sleazy political scumbag……When asked if she supports the Keystone Pipeline:“If it’s undecided when I become president, I will answer your question,” Clinton said. “This is President Obama’s decision. I’m not going to second-guess him.”So she can just say that to every question on every position and we’ll have to wait and see what happens lol

    Seeing as how Sanders is gaining in popularity, she probably will. While I think Sanders is the better of the two, either of them is a better choice than any of the current crop of GOP hopefuls.

    It’s a questionable project at best. It does little for the US since it will mainly be used to move Canadian shale oil to the Gulf so it can be processed and sold overseas. The environmental impact is mostly negative but if we don’t do it the Canadians will undoubtedly find another solution, perhaps their own pipeline to the west coast.

    Win or lose, the oil companies get rich, the environment suffers, infrastructure ignored.

    And, all things considered, she was Right to defer to the Current President who IS the person who should be making the decision..Which SHOULD Be: Hell No! .That pipeline is a Boondoggle that benefits a Canadian Oil company and offers Zero Benefit to any American interest. .The Huge Downside is the inevitable Spills. Sooner or Later, the thing is going to Rupture and stick the American Taxpayer with the costs of cleaning up the mess..

    I have a manufacturing job. All of the products I make are only for the domestic market.

    You have artfully dodged the entire meaning of the statement. Restating for prepuberts: The deal gives us nothing but short term, low buck jobs. It costs us refinery expense which will be borne locally, it costs us irreplaceable resources to refine the oil, we are responsible for fixing the inevitable leaks, and we still have to pay market price the same as China. We get NOTHING from this deal. It’s a looser.

    California’s Low Carbon Fuel Standard:• There are 13 oil fields in California, plus crude oil blends originating in at least six other countries, that generate a higher level of upstream greenhouse gas emissions than Canadian dilbit blends;

    • Crude oil from Alaska’s North Slope, which makes up about 12 per cent of California’s total crude slate, is actually “dirtier” than the Canadian dilbit known as “Access Western Blend”;

    • The “dirtiest oil in North America” is not produced in Canada, but just outside Los Angeles, where the Placerita oil field generates about twice the level of upstream emissions as Canadian oilsands production; .So much misinformation, politics, and faulty conclusions when it comes to the Keystone XL.
