“competition” for top place on the ticket makes foolish and stupid “enemies”…..I think the critics of Cain’s ABLE 9-9-9 tax reform plan are not giving a fair or accurate analysis.-before the 9-9-9 rates start, all IRS’ rules are ELIMINATED;the FICA 15.3% payroll tax is ELIMINATED; and tax on capital gains and estates is ELIMINATED.-eliminating all those taxes now paid will save taxpayers’ income checks for the taxpayer to use to pay the LOWER 9% rates….and there is an EXEMPTION for people with lower incomes.-please resurrect FAIRNESS from the trashcan where most commentators have thrown it!

@comix: It’s a plan that would make the poor and middle class pay more and millionaires pay less. that fits right in with typical repub policies.
