Today is the 35th anniversary of my 24th birthday. I have only been mentally slowing down in the last 5 years. I don’t have the photographic memory that I used to. I can still remember 17-digit alphanumeric VIN numbers from cars, though!

I’m 61, and my brain hasn’t slowed down yet.

Slowing your brain down is called growing up. You’re not dumber, like that guy in the picture up there, you’re smarter. Most of you. A magician got a job on a cruise ship.

The captain always sat in the front row with a parrot on his shoulder.

The DE legislature passed a bill a few years ago saying that “Studies Show” that adolescent brains are not fully formed until they are about 21 or 22. So, basically, they don’t know right from wrong and so can’t be judged harshly when being sentenced for crimes they commit. So I guess, according to RBION, there are approximately 2-3 years when people are at their best, mentally.
