how much time did the shark thief serve? (could ravens’ paranoia have inspired Poe’s poem?)

Once while I was gently tapping, rapping on a chamber door,

Suddenly I spied an author, more morose than Geoffrey Chaucer,

    Sitting just above the floor.

To think if I did only know it, this macabre and twisted poet,

    Had a plan to turn my name to something people would abhor;

With no way to ’eer reprieve ill-crafted fame as something evil—

Doomed to inauspicious lore; happy as a lark no more!

Civil divorce does not end a Catholic marriage as far as the church is concerned. You need a church annulment as well or else you are still spiritually married and you cannot remarry in a Catholic church

Religious laws vs the law of the land. We all know who’s gonna win.

Mane Julcahy did she think it would do something else?

Violets can be smelled for only a few moments at a time because they get their scent from ionone, which shuts the smell receptors off after stimulating them.

Take care and may God bless.

Believe it or not. Ravens, which are part of the crow family are known to be the second smartest animal on earth behind humans. And I question that. The Raven family do not destroy their own habitat as we do!

What, pray tell, did Ms. Mulcahy think a divorce was?? I can’t imagine that someone reaching adulthood wouldn’t know! This has to be a money grab.

And that is when the judge threw the book at Ms. Mulcahy for operating a body without a brain…

Ummmm…..what was Jane trying to gain with the divorce, then? And she didn’t really need a lawyer to explain that to her. All she needed was a dictionary:

nouna judicial declaration dissolving a marriage in whole or in part, especially one that releases the marriage partners from all matrimonial obligations. Compare judicial separation.

any formal separation of husband and wife according to established custom.

total separation; disunion:a divorce between thought and action.

verb (used with object), di·vorced, di·vorc· separate by divorce:

    The judge divorced the couple.

to break the marriage contract between oneself and (one’s spouse) by divorce:She divorced her husband.

verb (used without object), di·vorced, di·vorc· get a divorce.

I hope those lawyers won that case.

I bet that shark “kidnapping” was inspired by the movie Finding Dory.
