Rover is not helping with Red’s studying for the test.

Red is too easily distracted. Potty breaks will not be on the test.

I get the feeling Rover is hinting (very subtly) for his own potty break ;)

Here in Kansas City we have a statue of the expedition that includes the dog. On the day it was dedicated we had a speech by Stephen Ambrose and the local Newfoundland society brought a bunch of dogs.

Rover would regard Seaman as truly awesome if he knew that he caught squirrels and brought them back to Lewis, who noted that “they wer [sic] fat and I thought them when fryed [sic] a pleasant food”.

At least they had a trail to followe back home.
