Better than when my mom had to take a yellow Lab that we had for a short while to an emergency vet.Bart had jumped into a storm door, breaking the glass and cutting his wrist on a front paw. When we got there, the vet had a mynah bird that meowed. Imagine the look on Bart’s face while he was all drugged up and heard the bird meowing!

Aww don’t worry, Red, Mom’ll get the glass out with the tweezers and Rover will heal quickly.

Glass splinters are hard to get out. They keep slipping out of the tweezers.
