    I found gas grills 25 years ago and will never go back, so much easier and quicker and tastes even better.

    Since the beginning of time, we had a charcoal grill. The last, a Weber Performer which we still have on a lower deck, is the best of both worlds; i.e., charcoal with propane ignition.

    It was in need of repairs, and having used a propane Weber at our marina for a few years, we purchased a Weber GENESIS® E-310 in copper color! What a pleasure to use, and no more charcoal to mess with!

    I always espoused and supported the benefits of cooking with charcoal as the only way to go, but I’m afraid I had to eat my words…
