   @freewaydog: Jan says at the top of her latest (7/23) post on the comic’s website that, starting Monday 7/27, she’ll begin “inserting” some flashbacks to how Val and Phil met, which sounds like they’ll be amid new strips.

   @trekman58: I’d say most of the lengthy threads contain debates, or at least discussions. There’s nothing to debate here: we’re all delighted!

   Anyone know if the officiant is supposed to “be” anyone in particular? It’s not Jan herself.

   Dropped cable/satellite a few months ago for Roku, and haven’t regretted it. Sports is an admittedly big hole, but even with Netflix, Hulu Plus and Amazon Instant, my annual cost is about two months worth of cable or satellite. And we watch less TV, and better, because we sit down to watch shows we MEAN to watch, not just killing an hour with “whatever’s on.” We’ve also find great stuff on a lot of smaller Roku channels.

   annamargaret: a “cafeteria Jew” (or Catholic, etc.) is a term for one who picks and chooses which tenets and practices of their religion is important enough to them to follow, ie. keeping Kosher for Jews.

   TAGAL, it’s a comic strip comment space. Comment or don’t comment and move on. “She” may not have feelings, but the people posting here do, so if you don’t care, why take the time to bash people who do?

   There’s something very Spy vs. Spy about this one, especially their expressions and poses in the last panel. Good stuff.
