   Yes, I too can make up scenarios based on other findings and presuppose that my designs based on external things are the actual ones used.

   First though, if the Bible is the inerrant word of god, then the act of putting more into the texts than are there is a solid error.

   Second, given the number of animals and food the ark would need to hold based on it’s mission and time frame, the ark is to small by far. Just the food for the humans given primitive storage methods would be immense. Check out how much modern calorie dense food is needed for a year of around the world sailing as an exercise.

   If you look at older legendary stories of floods, you can see the cut and paste to create this one. Trying to make it real when all actual evidence points to it not being real is missing the point of the story.

   One window under the roof – 21 inches or so high at the top of the ark all around. No hatches specified in Genesis.

   Given the mass of humanity and creatures, and no there was no other windows specified, the amount of co2 produced would kill all the animals. You are simply adding in things that are not there, aka made up. As for decks there were three no rumors there, it’s written out.

   The story is a myth and not based in reality. It’s based on old flood stories – kinda of a keeping up with the Joneses – they have a flood myth so shall we!

   Did you ever read the actual ark story? The only opening was a window at the top of the arc. So yah no ventilation, no light, no reality in the story at all. It’s actually a fun exercise to track back the flood stories, and learn more of the symbology of the arc description (a parallel to the Temple).Enjoy reality!

   It actually has everything to do with the prison system failing to do anything but breed stronger criminals. The failure to provide education, training, medication and more to help folks at risk of recidivism find success. This has been the racist agenda of every hard on crime agenda of the right. And look toss in privatized prisons and you have a winner.
