Bernice has no business being a therapist. She leaps to assumptions, struggles with compassion, is judgemental, problem avoidant when it comes to her own feelings, and is not comfortable with being wrong. She would be a better medical doctor or surgeon. Counselor, no. Unless she learns to fix herself first.
