   Not sure. Is he an employee of yours or something? It sounds like it. Perhaps you could send him to HR for re-training. Oh wait… that’s right… he’s his own boss and can do as he pleases. So who are you again and how is it you seem to think you have a say in how he lives his own life?

   Failure to communicate? He has every right, just like everyone else, to do as he wishes. He doesn’t have to report to you or anyone else. What is it with people who have this sense of ownership over others?
