   First time I bungee Jumped was in Cairns in Queensland, Australia. Beautiful rain forest location. I’m cautious about heights, but I was determined to do it! The hard bit for me was walking up the stairs!

   If you aim an infrared meter (that you can purchase online for a couple of hundred dollars) at the same reasonably dark patch of the night sky at midnight every night, you will see the Infrared energy increase. No scientists are involved, no sun is involved (avoid the moonlight). That IR energy increase is what is driving up atmospheric and ocean temperatures. You can map the value to the Co2 ppm (which also agrees with the theory). And you can buy an isotopic spectrometer to measure the proportion of Carbon isotopes in the air to verify yourself that it is trending toward a biological source (sorry, volcanoes are only a hundredth of humanity’s CO2 emissions).I am always surprised that with such easy modern access to such equipment to see for themselves, anyone would still be skeptical of anthropogenic climate change.

   I’m a bit disappointed in the comments here. Is it mainly the USA that has a lot of climate skeptics?The issue down here has no scientific body that disagrees with the science (and we export coal!)

   I love Bali (been there 10x). I’ve had the Kopi Luwak and I still have some here in my pantry. However, I’m not happy with seeing many of the Civet cats in their boring-looking cages. Not the greatest and healthiest life. After a while you begin to see under the hood with many of the things we see as every day goods and services.

   I find it odd that Irma and Al were not following the online adventures. Surely they would have been curious? I suspect that Bets is staying with the Van until Gunther can get some help (cash?). Gunther can obviously afford a Lyft (and I would expect his mobile phone is working as well). So he couldn’t message his mum?
