So, first, Aaron started out doing updates every two days. Then it went to every three days. Now it’s every four days? I guess Aaron’s slowly working toward updating this thing once a week? Seems like it to me. Still, Aaron’s been doing this for so long I can see how he’s probably getting burned out on it. Perhaps it would have been better if he’d started out updating once a week and just stuck with that? Maybe that would have been wiser in the long run.
@Jenner Aaron tried that some years ago, attempting to incorporate the supposedly brilliant story ideas of one particular patron but when that patron began demanding how Aaron “must” write the story Aaron dropped that very insistent patron in a second. Since then Aaron hasn’t done that. He learned his lesson well.
Those aren’t “Topsider Suit Gloves”. It’s been a long standing tradition, starting with old Cartoon creators in the 1920s, to put gloves on their cartoon characters because they “look funny”. Now it’s traditional do to it that way for classic characters like Mickey Mouse and a few others.
It’ll be interesting to see where this goes (providing it’s not a rehashing of a previous story arc.) Oh! And when are you going to bring back Al and Gustine? I really think you should bring them back since they’re great characters and deserve more page time, IMO
I think this is where we see the last of Al and Gustine. It’s a real shame, too. These two are truly great and original characters and I’m sorry to see them go.
I remember when you posted every three days so reliably I could always count on that. What happened?
