Yeah. Quite annoying, isn’t it? At least I don’t have to worry about that too much living here in Beijing. My milk of choice is camel milk (usually powdered camel milk). It’s already low in fat.
Also, the reason some milk jugs have red caps and others white caps, etc. is to indicate which type of milk (non-fat, 1%, 2%, etc.) it is.
