For people who like to read, the ancient but very relevant work by Werner Sombart, “Why is there no Socialism in the United States?” which can be bought off abebooks.com for about $10 to $20. The title is a little misleading, he means “Why is there no socialist party in the United States?” by which he means, a socialist party that matters. I’d send a copy to Mr. Rall but I don’t have the address….
